Weāre incredibly proud to announce that Mental Health Matters Wales has been awarded the Queerify LGBTQ+ Safe Space Certification ā achieving an OutstandingĀ resultĀ in our assessment.
This prestigious accreditation recognises our strong and ongoing commitment to creating inclusive, welcoming, and safe environmentsĀ for LGBTQ+ individuals across our services, staff teams, and community spaces.
The certification process included:
An anonymous staff survey
A full review of our policies and practices
A multi-site audit across our offices and hubs
We were absolutely delighted to learn that MHM Wales has been recognised as one of the top-performing organisations in the UKĀ audited by Queerify ā a huge credit to our team and the values we live by every day.
