At Mental Health Matters Wales (MHM Wales), we believe wellbeing is for everyone—no formal diagnosis needed, just a space to relax, connect, and feel supported. This February, our Wellbeing Hub and Group Activities in Bridgend are here to help you unwind, socialise, and improve your mental wellbeing in a friendly, welcoming environment.
Whether you want to try music, art, walking, or social groups, our sessions are completely free and open to all.
