At Mental Health Matters Wales, we are dedicated to supporting the well-being and empowerment of our community. It's with great enthusiasm that we announce our collaboration with Redkite Law to offer free legal clinics in Bridgend, providing essential advice on family law and lifetime planning.

Why Attend Our Legal Clinics?

Legal issues can be overwhelming, particularly when they concern personal matters like family law or planning for the future. Recognising this, we've partnered with Redkite Law, a firm known for its expertise and compassionate approach to legal services, to bring these clinics to those in need within our community.

What Services Are Available?

The clinics cover a wide range of legal matters, including:

  • Financial Issues: Advice on handling financial disputes that often accompany legal separations.

  • Adoption: Expertise to navigate the complex process of adoption.

  • Child Custody and Disputes: Support in managing custody arrangements and other disputes related to children.

  • Domestic Abuse and Injunctions: Assistance in securing protective orders and understanding legal rights in situations of domestic violence.

  • Wills and Trusts: Help with planning for the future to ensure your wishes are honoured.

  • Lifetime Planning: From creating lasting powers of attorney to managing estate issues.
