At Mental Health Matters Wales (MHM Wales), we are always inspired by young people who take action to support mental health awareness and fundraising. This year, students from Ysgol Bro Preseli have stepped up to make a difference with their Sponsored Walk event, aimed at raising funds and awareness for mental health support.

Supporting Young Advocates for Mental Health
Organised by Mali Nicholls, Celyn Wilson, Maisie Williams, and Ffion James, this event highlights the passion and commitment of young people in our community. Their initiative demonstrates that every step taken—both literally and figuratively—can contribute to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
