🌟 Mental Health Awareness Week Highlights


I've been busy raising awareness across the region:


I joined the Mental Health Forum at Barry Library, promoting our Independent Advocacy service.


I met with Bridgend College, exploring ways to better support students.


I was at Asda Bridgend this Thursday, sharing information about our services – come and say hi!

🌟 What I’ve Been Up To


It's been a week full of community engagement:


I represented MHM Wales at the Centre for Policy Research on Men and Boys launch in Westminster – a great opportunity to showcase our work.


I supported Ogmore Valley Suicide Awareness Group with fundraising efforts – an important cause.


I joined the Senedd with Mothers Matter Cymru, highlighting the importance of perinatal mental health.


I attended the Ogmore Vale Life Centre Wellbeing Day – a fantastic event with a great turnout!
