April 2025 Activities to Nourish Mind, Body and Community
As spring brings new beginnings, we’re excited to invite you to take part in Mental Health Matters Wales’ April Wellbeing Hub and Group Activities—a welcoming mix of music, creativity, nature, and peer connection across Bridgend and beyond. Whether you want to sing, paint, plant, or simply connect, there’s something here for everyone.

🌱 Celebrating National Gardening Week | April 28th – May 5th
This month we’re digging into something special—National Gardening Week! 🌻
Spending time outdoors and connecting with nature has been proven to boost mood, reduce anxiety, and support overall mental wellbeing. Whether you're tending to a garden bed, planting pots, or just feeling the sun on your face, being outside helps us slow down and reconnect.
Keep an eye on our socials and website for updates on gardening-themed sessions and how you can join in—no green thumb required!
“Gardening is not just about growing plants—it's about growing peace of mind.”
